Oneness to Nothingness

Souls who following the spiritual path of meditation and are senior sadhaks (meditators) have experienced oneness even if it’s for a fleeting moment. When you are absorbed in nature sitting by a beautiful waterfall, you get so engrossed that you become one with the water and begin to feel the flow, the journey of the water making its way through the crevices to merge with the ocean. Or when you bite into a very juicy strawberry, the taste arouses your senses and you soon get absorbed in relishing the fruit that you become the strawberry, you and strawberry are now One.. complete.

For a meditator when your breath is complete and mind is restful, you experience the oneness with the source. This oneness then travels ahead delving deeper into meditation.

The journey from Oneness to Nothingness is the path for the ones who wish to explore the possibilities of learning the absolute truth of Life in relation to our existence. We have been a part of the cosmos right from it’s inception, in various forms, shapes and beings. Our present consciousness has chosen certain experiences with a set of beings or environment.

When we are one with all that exists in this universe we naturally cease to exist as this one being/person, but are not only one, we become nothing.

This state of oneness or thoughtlessness is known as nirvikalp (no thought) samadhi, beyond any perception or imagination.

These six days are meticulously planned under the guidance of Himalayan Sidha Yogi Aikam Aikoham Nath ji, who will help build your meditation practices, and develop a strong foundation.
